Closing the Loop in
High-Performance Computing.
At SKRΛFT, Efficiency Engineering extends beyond thermal and power density - it encompasses the entire lifecycle of enterprise silicon and IT infrastructure. We enable enterprise clients and channel partners to responsibly decommission, audit, and recycle e-waste while fulfilling strict regulatory requirements.
High-density GPU nodes, enterprise storage arrays, and network switches pose significant environmental threats if improperly disposed of. Toxic materials like lead, cadmium, and mercury can leach into groundwater, while critical rare-earth elements, copper, and precious metals are permanently lost from the supply chain.
Responsible E-Waste Management prevents non-compliance penalties under Ministry guidelines, mitigates physical data leakage through certified media destruction, and directly advances corporate Scope 3 emissions reduction goals.
"True efficiency isn't achieved when hardware is deployed; it's proven when hardware is retired without leaving a toxic footprint behind."

How enterprise end-users and channel partners collaborate with SKRΛFT to preserve our environment:
For Enterprise Clients & Data Centers
Decommission legacy server racks safely. We provide full IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), chain-of-custody tracking, NIST 800-88 compliant data wiping, and channeling to CPCB-authorized recycling facilities.
For Channel Partners & System Integrators
Integrate structured buyback, trade-in, and e-waste pickup directly into hardware refresh cycles. Boost client retention and offer complete EPR compliance support to your end customers.
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Statutory Declarations
In strict adherence to the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) and managed by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Sublime Kraft Private Limited declares the following operational commitments. This declaration is made in accordance with the E‑Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, and CPCB registration requirements, ensuring full statutory compliance for all our customers including enterprise and channel partners.
1. CPCB Portal Registration & Targets
Sublime Kraft complies with EPR target obligations via the CPCB online portal, ensuring mandatory annual recycling targets for IT and Telecommunication equipment (ITEW categories) are systematically fulfilled.
2. RoHS (Hazardous Substance) Compliance
All imported, distributed, or custom-integrated hardware components strictly comply with RoHS thresholds, restricting Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, PBB, and PBDE concentrations.
3. Authorized Recycler Channeling
E-waste collected through our intake programs is processed exclusively through State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) and CPCB-authorized dismantlers and recyclers with verified environmental audit logs.
4. Destruction & Recycling Certificates
Enterprise customers receive official Green Recycling Certificates and Form-2 Lifecycle Tracking documentation to satisfy internal legal, ISO 14001, and ESG audit requirements.
